I think you have a little too much in the way of extensions, plus you do not need to use the following:
  • HTTPS Everywhere, most sites have HTTPS by default and Netcraft stops MITM attacks anyway
  • WebRTC Leak Protection extension is not needed as Windscribe has effectively shown it doesn't leak a host actual IP Address
  • Emsisoft Browser Security can be removed and keep Bitdefender Trafficlight - the latter has shown to be more effective (see @Evjl's Rain testing)
In regards to Windows Firewall you can use something such as Tinywall or Malwarebytes Windows FW Control.

Hi, every Chromium based browser has an option to stop leaking your private IP address, see picture below

When using Windows Defender, have a look at AndyFul/ConfigureDefender When you set it to HIGH, it increases the protection levels a lot without impacting functionality.
