Yes.It can be done just like AppGuard.Don't forget the golden rule
1. Uninstall from the old PC
2. Install latest version from www.cfos.de/download
3. Follow the instructions at http://www.cfos.de/en/cfosspeed/documentation/installation.htm

Uninstall the app only when your're online. This removes the activation lock with your machine from their (Appfuard,CfosSpeed) servers. As a result, you can then use the license on any other PC.
