You will need to contact the Moderators on that sub-reddit.

Not every user-reported bug or issue will be fixed.
I can confirm that this has been now fixed in the latest Canary version:
Edition Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview
Version 22H2
Installed on ‎3/‎25/‎2023
OS build 25324.1011
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.25324.1011.0

But, I see still this is better:
Text rendering is a bit odd on Windows at 100% UI scaling.

Try going to Settings -> Accessibility -> Text size and increase it to 106%. I've found this particular value to improve the text rendering by quite a bit.

(105% would cut off the favicons in Edge)

You can opt to leave it at 100%, to see if that is good enough too, however.

If you need or want the increase, I would recommend setting the scaling to 150% and if that is too much lower it to 125% (within Windows display settings). It depends on preference and how far away you're from the monitor. After that, you can adjust the font sizes and such based on preference, but usually just increasing the scaling setting is enough.
Hi, I did what you said, and now I am on the 125%.

Nice talk:
