If you don't have any kind of protection you should. Add an AV like Avast or something. Zemana is also a good scanner for protection.

I would like to suggest for a good free and reliable backup solution Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper.
Your on a Local account and already have a decent set up, enable Windows Defender, and make some back ups of your system and personal files and you should be good to go, as long as you practice safe surfing habits with it.

If your trying to keep it lite, your doing good but that's a little too lite my friend.
Take Warrior's advice and enable Defender at least, and FrogBoy's advice on a backup like Macrium reflect.

i guess Win defender is enabled , it is by default, and you have lot of tweaks to do to disable it totally.

Your config is good!
Please edit it to reflect Windows Defender as real time protection.Even tough it should be enabled by default this just makes it easier for members to reference your configuration.
Other than maybe an additional on demand scanner and a system back up solution your good to go.

When you say "an additional on demand scanner", with my current setup, what do you suggest me?

So if I understand it right, Malwares bytes + Zemana should be a good fit alongside Windows Defender?

For the moment I will stay with Windows Defender. Plenty of people here seems to like it as an "ok" anti-virus. Paired with good on-demand, I think I should be ok.

Yes they'd be a good combo but being an anti-exe fan I'd also complement them with Voodooshield.

No Macrium is used for making local image and file (file backups require the paid version I believe) based backups to external disks.

Actually the quite opposite in some cases. Use Malwarebytes for scanning and Zemana for protection alongside WD otherwise there may be conflicts.
