Chrome or IE won't start after removing Trojan

Hello, I have the following problem.
I found a trojan on my computer and after running Malwarebytes and adwcleaner, chrome does not work neither IE or any app that requires internet connection.
Apparently the proxy service is not responding.

I downloaded frsr64 and here are the files. Does anyone have any ideas? Currently all I have is my cell phone. This is the first time this has happened to me

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

I tried it and it worked! At least now I can use chrome and IE.

Is there any way to know if my personal data has been stolen? Passwords, etc? Also, where can I learn to use Far bar recovery?

You can only checked if your Passwords have been captured (Pwned)
