All I remember about Comodo Dragon is that it was a bloated, buggy version of Google Chrome. I don't recommend it all, and it's clear that they haven't changed much.

Comodo Dragon 52.15.25.663 Released!

There is no changelog on the forum.
(form my view, no bugs fixes and the new update asks me to install Comodo Cloud Antivirus in a popup.)
