Users always make mistakes. It's hard to patch. But one of the biggest learnings is that complexity is a major enemy of security. If we want to secure the systems we use ourselves and the systems our customers use, we have to reduce the complexity. You need to be able to manage complex environments as simply as possible.

Very good, Mikko Hypponen have an excellent capacity of communication, never hide himself under complex words or technical explanations. Everybody can understand what is talking without knowledge of complex security protocols.
