Computer running cpu at 100% while idle

Wish I could be more detail but all the specifics were cover below. Possible virus, computer is slow, and cpu is at 100% usage while in idle.

So after I rebooted in safe mode and malwarebytes was able to finished it's processe everything seems to be running fine. However, I'll still prefer a professional to take a look, to make sure nothing fishy is going on. Thank you, in advance for anyone who take the time to look at the .txt!
