Microsoft Defender beat both Bitdefender and Kaspersky???

I'm not 100% sure, but files are encrypted in unprotected folder (ДА/YES), but not in protected folders(НЕТ/NO).
edit: I think many ppl underestimate the sanctions against Kaspersky. Sanctions works and I expect Kaspersky's detection rate to deteriorate. More or less...will see.

Yes, but the sanctions are mainly for the U.S. market, where they tend to use products born in their country anyway. So, it will be felt but not even in such a striking way in my opinion
