Slowness of the machine. Peeking into taskmanager revealed 100% CPU usage and high memory usage by these processes.
AVG was preinstalled.
Installed malwarebytes and it didn't detect anything in scan neither AVG detected anything in scans but keeps on blocking malicious websites with outgoing traffic from these processes.

All above mentioned processes are running with multiple instances. Access is denied when i try to kill the processes.
Disconnecting the internet from machine doesn't kill the processes but makes CPU and memory usage normal and reconnecting the internet re introduces the issues
