I would consider adding a couple on demand scanners, like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and HitmanPro.
Also, cosnider either backing up your most important files or using an imaging program, like AOMEI Backupper.

Sure! Click on Thread Tools and then on Edit Thread Fields.

By the way, IObit Malware Fighter is an ineffective scanner and very weak on detection. I suggest adding one of the above.

What version of Windows 7 ?
x86 or x64 ?
IObit Malware fight should be removed in favor of some on demand scanners such as Malwarebytes Antimalware,Hitman Pro,ESET Online Scanner,Emsisoft Emergency Kit.
Some type of backup solution

Dont use backup and recovery, it can help alot in some cases.

I would like to suggest for backups to give Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper a try, both have a very good free version.

You may add a backup browser just in case there are some issues arises with same extension you have.

Optional suggestion: Add password manager like Lastpass or Keepass to store your password/sensitive information securely.

Use a VM when downloading malwares and you wouldnt be infected.
