Did you try to uninstall Cyberghost VPN, restart your computer, then reinstall this product ?

Or if the uninstaller itself does have an ability to repair for missing files then suppose it would execute properly.

I have the file.. but no instructions.... where do I put this file... in the System files, driver folder, or the program driver itself.
