Not sure if McAfee Web Boost is still needed.
You can block autoplay with a flag in Edge:
edge://flags/#edge-autoplay-user-setting-block-option

No personal experience with Ashampoo Uninstaller, but HiBit Uninstaller is very popular on MT:
