Advice Request D-Link DAP-1360 Wireless N Range Extender

I owned the exact same extender, never had the issue that you are experiencing.

If you have followed the setup guide and still not finding any WiFi signals perhaps the extender is faulty.

You can try factory resting the extender or try to see if their is a firmware update before getting it RMA'd

I could figure it out. Thanks. However, it only could detect 2.4G but 5G of my modem's wifi. Both modem and extender are D-link brand.

I don't think that an N router has two frequencies. N is an old protocol. Are you sure it broadcasts at both frequencies?

The DAP 1360 is not a dual band extender. It only supports 2.4GHz
