Debotnet 0.7.8 changelog:

• Added some stability improvements for upcoming Windows 10, 20H1 release (optimizations apply to the app only and NOT the script files. Not all script files have been tested productively under 20H1)
• Some spelling corrections in script files
• Added information script regarding the new "replacement" app of Debotnet, called SharpApp
• Minor UI Improvements
