Happy New Year from Hawk Eye Analysis.
It's time to release the portable executable for Defender Hardening Console.

It is an early release so frequent updates (and probably some bugs) are expected for the next month or so.
Note: there will be no digital signature until the official release of Hawk Eye Analysis (or Antivirus) Tool (HEAT) which is expected most likely on the 3rd of March.
Note 2: Some of the features that Defender Hardening Console offers will be managed automatically by HEAT.

I've named it AiDefender because there are AI-Powered features still under testing:
  • Automatic user profile detection and application of suitable settings
  • Automatic malicious exclusions detection
This is how the UI looks like now

With this update the Hawk Eye Defender Hardening Console becomes an even more valuable tool.

Norton - Threat Labs chews on the exe for a while and then prompts "analysis should take a few hours" & Move to Quarantine | Open anyway. I opt "Open anyway".

Maybe, it'll only run seeing M$ Defender?
That with this error is the old version, not updated. On the new one I changed the text of the error measage.

I will report the FP to Avast.
