I tried to make DefenderUI refresh automatically as much as possible after adjusting the settings in MD, but sometimes you might even need to refresh DefenderUI by clicking on one of the tabs at the top (Home, Basic, Advance, ASR, DefenderGuard), just to make sure it is reading the current setting as well.
