Troubleshoot Dell inspiron n5010

iolo software is notorious for slowing pc's if you can logon your pc please download

1. http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.html this will do a powerful scan after uninstalling to remove all items of the programs you do not want

2. also try going to start and type in msconfig and open that and click on startup tab and try to disable it there to see if it helps and disable anything else in startup that you do not use, if you dnt know what an item is leave it and dnt mess around with the other tabs

3.better system cleaners are out there the most popular ones are ccleaner and privazer and they are both free but if your looking for an AIO type cleaner then advance system care 7 is pretty good
