"Nice. What's the model of this Honda?"
It was to be a next generation NSX with all wheel drive and a 550 hp naturally aspirated V-10 mounted up front. The project was terminated last that I heard (year ago or so). If they would have stayed with it, It would have beaten the GT-R Nissan around Nurburgring. It was already within a few seconds of it in its raw development stages. The exhaust note was incredible. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0OTEZDAb9c
I am psyched! I just learned that it has been revived and they are going to unveil it soon. I quit following the news about it when I thought the project was dead. http://www.nzherald.co.nz/motoring/news/article.cfm?c_id=9&objectid=10773432
It is disappointing that they scrapped the V-10 for a hybrid V-6, but it will still have 400hp, which is 110 more than the its predecessor. Hopefully the electric drive will take its combined torque to over 500 ft/lb. I hope they go with a 6 speed manual or 7 speed automatic.
