*Create a folder in documents (name it test for example), make sure its empty.
*On your task bar, right click and unlock
*Add a new toolbar
*Select the folder you created on the 1st step
*Untick Show title and text
*Move the newly created "empty" toolbar behind the icons and they should be then centralized.

No, you can do that in any firefox-based browser that have Speed Dial addon installed. Then just tweak the settings.

be careful, Nightly now has a built-in chrome-style speed dial so you will need the latest Speed Dial if not you may have a conflict.
