Full disclosure.I bought a licence for Registry First Aid a while back.I used it when I was uninstalling lots of software.I only caught it once trying to delete needed reg keys.I reported it and they fixed it.I barely use it now because my computer does not change much but their customer service has always been good.

Don't know for sure but Windows keeps freeing up space for me automatically. Also haven't got a BSOD even without using any of the Disk Cleaners. Disk Cleanup I use once a month.

Windex is a good all-purpose cleaner though I would avoid using it on touch screens
