Do I have malware?

I notice these 2 different files trying to download to my pc. They come at random times and I am not trying to install anything. I think I am safe because voodooshield is blocking it but I notice it every day. It's not when I do anything specific either so I know it doesn't have to do with a update or something. What should I do? Is someone trying to infect me or am I over reacting? I'll keep a look out for the file names but as of now I didn't take note of what they're called.
