Question Do I Need to Install .NET 8.0 on My Windows 11?

Windows 11 comes with .NET 4.8 preinstalled, but the latest version is .NET 8.0, will it make any better to install it over the default version?

AFAIK you should only install it if a program requires it.

A program that need it will install it for you (like PowerToys and PowerShell 7.0+).
