Advice Request Do Internet access to these processes block?

Is it worth it to give permission to enter the Internet processes lsass.exe, wininit.exe, service.exe? Or can they block the Internet access? Will this locked Internet access to the system stability?

That depends, do you need it? Any process can be abused, so if you have to, at least limit it as much as possible.

For example I have allowed svchost.exe to connect only to known IP ranges and my DNS.
