Downloading torrents spoofed

@DeadDrop: Will i be able to download torrents if i use privateinternetaccess.com which costs me the less money? i mean if they dont allow us server for me to use to downlaod torrent ill switch to a european server right?

Check their TOS but I believe you just use their euro servers, so yes.
