Edge Browser Hijacked with APP extension.

Simply redirects all over the place when clicking some links(especially download links), and has locked itself claiming my browser is managed by an organization.
I've scanned for two days using HitmapPro, MBAM, ESET Online Scanner, I've uninstalled any and everything that allowed me to that looked suspect, and deleted the
extension folder for the APP extension with ID pejhfhcoekcajgokallhmklcjkkeemgj. Nothing has worked. Need you pros!
It won't let me upload the FRST text file so I sent it in a reply to this requiring admin approval. It won't even let me copypasta it here. The "Addition" works fine.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know what problem persists.

p.s.
If the problem persists please attached to complete addition.txt log.
The one you previously attached was missing some entries and was not complete.
