Edit security config now showing?

the tool for editing security config does not seem to be showing. I tried in chrome and in firefox. It seems to have disappeared from upper right, where I used to see it.

We have made some changes and you will need to Create a New Thread for 2017.

FAQ: Should I create a new thread or update?

• If your thread was created on or before 31st December will be moved to the Archive and will lose their status (Secure, Risky etc). Create a new thread.
• If your thread was created on or after 1st January will not be moved. Update your existing thread.
