Troubleshoot error language when start use kerish dector

can not open and run

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

uninstall and install again fresh one with Revo Uninstaller Pro

when i try to open kerish doctor this is massage and uninstall it but no change

Can you download english language pack directly from Kerish.org?
Here: Language editor and files
Download English.lng file and put it to Locale folder. You can also download their language editor and try if it can open the language file.

i did that before nothing change
also change language setting
