I did discover a script that was popping powershell every 20 minutes when I first used those rules this past spring. It was related to some printer software, but I did a clean install out of an abundance of caution.

I thought the same too after watching that but my pc has it too. I don't remember if I had this before installing Windows again recently so I'm confused
