For HIPS they need a pre-configure rules at default so the users can just stick the options on how HIPS perform.

Since the rules were came blank and needs a user to configure it.

In my testing, I turn on HIPS. with "automatic mode with the rules"
however, sometimes HIPS does not work as well.

most users, using the factory settings. so, they do not quite understand the whole.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the options of "automatic mode with the rules" is only work when the rules is configured I think.

Since there is no rules added in default.
