Yes, that isnt bad either, it was 14USD before the signup code I was offered. And $23.99 US for 2 PC's isn't too bad either![]()
The TAKE20 code still works.
And I didn't realize they are based out of Venice Beach CA, which gives me a litle more peace of mind in being from the US.Yes, that isnt bad either, it was 14USD before the signup code I was offered.
I did have to do a brief look into StackSocial before i purchased the license, I'm not so much put off by country of origin (although it does matter somewhat) its more so I don't purchase much online besides from "Top" sites. like Amazon, Newegg ect. I might be in the age range (36yr) where some would think i would buy online without much worry but ive always been "old school" in certain regards. like for a example. I dont own a kindle or anything like that, i prefer to read my books as a actual book, not a machine. Also in the buying space, i prefer to actually see the product and hold it and look it over before i purchase. I also have a noticeable distaste for AIAnd I didn't realize they are based out of Venice Beach CA, which gives me a litle more peace of mind in being from the US.
I'm 67 so I think a certain amount of skepticism is good, as I've always purchased my AV from the vendors website, or from Best Buy, which is a mile away from me. I'm usually concerned with some of the other unknown sites, in my case, of if the license key will be accepted easily, and what I'll have to do regarding renewal.I did have to do a brief look into StackSocial before i purchased the license, I'm not so much put off by country of origin (although it does matter somewhat) its more so I don't purchase much online besides from "Top" sites. like Amazon, Newegg ect. I live in a mid sized town with a low "retail" population. the nearest Best Buy is a 2hr drive from meI'm 67 so I think a certain amount of skepticism is good, as I've always purchased my AV from the vendors website, or from Best Buy, which is a mile away from me. The benefit of buying from a 3rd party vendor is that we'll usually get a better deal from them, then the AV's own renewal or website.
Don't worry. I've contacted Eset support and they confirmed the license is legit. And I didn't realize they are based out of Venice Beach CA, which gives me a litle more peace of mind in being from the US.

You need to redeem it on Stacksocial. Afterwards you can store it. I believe it wont activate automatically. But to be safe, contact Eset support. they are pretty fast to respond.@Antimalware18 @Divine_Barakah or anyone else, do I need to redeem the code, register it into my Eset portal and run it before 30 days, in other words set up and install Eset? I still have an active subscription to F-Secure and McAfee and was just thinking it would be nice to have that Eset key on hand when they expire in 3 months. Do I need to redeem it, apply it to Eset before 30 days, as there is a countdown in that regards between SocialStacks and Eset?
I know its probably been covered in one of the Eset threads, I just never kept track of it.

In my opinion the only problem you might get into if the key itself is invalid and you for example stored it for like 3 months hahahaha by the time Stacksocial will not help.Thank youI was just on their forum looking, searching for the answer. Gemini focused on making sure I redeemed it on SocialStacks as you said, so it sounds like that is the main concern. I'll still post the question on their forum, just to be sure

Remember to use TAKE20 code for 20% off ESET license from stacksocial. Brings it down to $12USDYes, that isnt bad either, it was 14USD before the signup code I was offered.

Just redeem the key in stacksocial portal and store. I activated my ESET key from there on the day I bought it, you need to activate through the ESET home portal.
All good so far with myself, license is valid and legit and working. No problems, also auto renewal is set to off which is a plus from buying a key from stacksocial.
Tempted to buy a few more and store, but the question is will they activate in years time? I think sadly not.
Also NEWEGG has frequent deals on ESET, so if you don't like stacksocial but are USA based then it might be for you. There is a Wilder's thread with all AV specials.
You can stack Eset licenses within 30 days of activation.Yeah I'm not sure, I bought the previous NOD32 deal on stacksocial last year for Black Friday so my license ran out, activated new ESET day I bought it.
I don't think you can stack ESET licenses, I think Av companies caught onto people doing that and didn't like so.....
Hmmm I'll have to check on that, would love to stack another 2 years onto my 1 year license but not sure ESET allows this. You can stack Eset licenses within 30 days of activation.
So lets say you activated Eset today, you would still have 29 days to stack as much licenses as you want. The license has to be for the same product and the same number of seats.
