@Eugene Yap:

You may set UAC to Always Notify.

In System Backup, You may add Macrium Reflect Free or AOEMI Backupper, both are free and reliable.

In Data BackUp, consider also to use cloud services.

In Virus and Malware Removal Tools, You may add EmsiSoft Emergengy Kit and HitManPro Free.

In Privacy-focused Apps and Extensions , You may change to uBlock Origin.

A PassWord Manager would be welcome also.

Please kindly reflect Your changes editing Your config, and announcing them here, thanks for sharing :)

In Data BackUp, consider also to use cloud services.
Microsoft OneDrive is a great choice. If you are an Office 365 subscriber you can get up to 1 TB of cloud storage.

Pro Tip: Check if your Microsoft account is one of those who opted-in to keep the previous quota, you may have the legacy 25/30 GB of free cloud storage. (circa. 2012).

You have a lovely and powerful machine. (y)

You are on Windows v. 1909? I'm running the latest Insider build and just re-enabled InSpectre to mitigate Meltdown/Spectre. I would think enabling these is going to impact the speed of your processor. But, I'm happy to report that my Skylake (which is a 6700K and slightly newer) is minimally impacted right now. I had disabled these mitigations previously due to system slowdowns.

It's a genuine dilemma whether or not to enable these registry settings, especially if you get slowdowns. It is times like these you want to punch Intel in the nose again for this aggravation. 🤜👃
