Unable to redeem, even after connecting to an Ukraine IP through VPN.
It is stating, "This campaign is not available in your country." but I'm connected to an Ukraine IP through VPN.

use the hide.me vpn and use the ukraine server, before entering the draw page, use ccleaner and remove the internet log and the promotion page should now work.

I installed F-Secure VPN for the first time. Works very stable, auto-connect after restarting laptop about 5-10 seconds, ping within expected, even some tracking blocks, that is surprising, since the program only works with http trackers, as I understand. But, there is no Wıreguard, no possibility to configure your own dns, download speed in my opinion is limited noticeably.
An information from the winningpc about this issue: #2. Error 1020 Access denied: you should change to other VPN services.
