Like the description says: Use VPN / Ukraine IP, alternative way: Ask on the giveaway website for assistance, you'll receive a license on your email.

Every VPN I used with a Ukraine connection did not work.
Asking for a license at the giveaway website was useless also, all they do is point you to another VPN ..... smh.
