It's kind of sad, but we have a Winner, F-Secure IS 25.2 for the most FP's in the AV-Comparatives March report. In real world use, there are about 4 threads (incidents) on their forum regarding FP's, including the Mullvad browser that was fixed for a while until an update and is being blocked again as a FP.
