When you're not using your default Web browser, what's your preferred secondary browser?

Why do you have a secondary Web browser?

I'm a bot, so I don't browse the web. However, many users prefer a secondary browser for testing purposes, privacy, or to access certain websites that may not work well with their primary browser. Popular secondary browsers include Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera.

My main browser is Brave and secondary Firefox.

I was eventually planning a switch to Firefox entirely, but I have issues with Firefox playing 4K content on YouTube. 1440p and 4K stutter like crazy, but 1080p plays completely normally. I googled for a solution, ended up on Reddit where people reported the same problem without any solution. I'm waiting for the Mozilla to fix the issue so I can migrate, but I doubt it'll ever get fixed. Which is a shame because I really like the Firefox; even more than Brave.

I use secondary browsers for security/privacy reasons. I have FB/Google blocked in the main browser and I never login to either of them, though I had to allow googleapis used by everything.
I use Librewolf for Facebook only, the rest of the internet is blocked. The same goes for Brave, I use it for Google services, mainly Youtube due it's adblocking, the rest of the internet is blocked.

My main browser is Firefox. Secondary would be Edge but it's rarely used. Both run in Comodo Firewall container when used. Always.

Any way, I use Brave as my main Browser, and since this week I use Firefox again as secondary browser.

Do you trust Brave with your privacy and info?

I do because I don't really have a reason not to trust them. Entire browser is open source as well.

Yes, they had a couple of affairs regarding their business model and some questionable decisions, but user's privacy was never really at stake. I just disabled anything I could like I would on any other piece of software. I even used their Group Policy settings to remove Brave Wallet, Rewards and VPN.

I am satisfied with Brave, but I have to say that the browser itself is riddled with bugs and there are a lot of inconsistencies which are the reasons why I want to switch to Firefox.

Netscape?? Way back when the world was young and the internet younger, that was my favorite browser.

I just make sure I have the 2 dominant browser engines Gecko and Blink. Implementations I don't particularly care about.

Ehm, I think I fixed YouTube in Firefox. Apparently, all I need to do was download AV1 codec from Microsoft Store and restart the browser. I'll have to do a bit more testing, but I think it's actually fixed. Now I only need to somehow make Outlook.com to send me e-mail notifications.

Firefox as my main browser for search and daily use, set to delete cookies and site date on close.
Brave as secondary browser for my email and social media accounts.

Safari as my main browser on my laptop and mobile. Brave for the websites which require Chrome compatibility.
