Looks good :)

Just enable UAC, if it’s any use, if you don’t look at it and blindly click OK everytime, you don’t have to, then. Also, bro, are you using Malwarebytes Free or Premium?

cheers, Chromatinfish

@McLovin also uses Trend Micro. @finisnothere Do you use Trend's Password Manager, or other TM services? What other Free Antiviruses have you used on Mavericks, any recommendations for Mac users?

I don't use Trends Password Manager, because everytime I try to retrieve them, it crashes. I have used three antiviruses on Mavericks,
iAntivirus, Avast for Mac and Sophos.

iAntivirus was Atrocious
Sophos was good, but had many false positives
Avast was the best I used, but requires more CPU

I would recommend Avast for Mac users, but it crashes my hackintosh so I use Sophos (don't be put off, I think it's an issue with my Hackintosh CPU)

In other Programs for Mac, I recommend Xamarin Studio for C# Coding, Cyberduck for SSH/FTP Connections and Plex as a Media Centre.
In programs for Hackintosh, I recommend iMessageFix, Chameleon SSD Optimiser, myHack and Kext Wizard

Good Config, 1 question, how good Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security ?

It has never failed me in Web Protection, it blocks almost every malware site you throw at it, with the real time, the same results, it blocked 50/50 NEW sites from MDL and malc0de, and I am yet to test it with a pack of malware, but it has very good protection, but it is quite heavy on the CPU, but i'd recommend it!

Trend Micro? Good choice! What I like with Trend Micro is its Web Blocking feature. Great config btw.

Good configuration. I see that u have are using an external SSD that is loaded with a Hackintosh (Mavericks 10.9.4). What is the capacity of the SSD? Do u just use Mavericks to do some digital work or is it just an experiment. How have u configured ur Mac OS to your SSD , do u have any tutorial link for it ?

I use it for video editing for my classes, and the SSD is only 120gb (Samsung 840 EVO), and I have configured it for mac by using the Chameleon SSD Optimiser to enable TRIM support, but otherwise you can use multibeast to enable trim, no tutorial, sorry :D
