This is my security config. No major infections since I have adopted this security configuration a two years ago.

Macrium Reflect to create backups and system images. They are most important.

Remove Web of thrust if you want.

Remove mbam from realtime , needed as on demand scanner only. Bitdefender as only realtime protection is heavy enough.

Remove Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from realtime , needed as on demand scanner only. Bitdefender as only realtime protection is heavy enough.

I agree with Trickster,lose Malwarebytes full time protection,A lot of resource saved,Try voodoshield free if your worried about losing anti-exploit with your Malwarebytes,way lighter, great Virus Total scanner,Macrium has nice free product like Frogboy suggest,gl

Bitdefender is strong enough, and it is the real core of your config.
AdwCleaner and TrendMicro Housecall can help you with a second opinion, but MalwareBytes can be removed at this point, in my opinion

nice configuration, I like the fact that you have Bitdefender, but why do you not update to 2018 version

You should have system image backups. I recommend Macrium Reflect. Besides that, it seems pretty good.

Implement a system & data backup solution.
For system image backups Macrium Reflect & AOMEI Backupper both offer good free versions.
As for Data you have "Custom Backups" but what do you use?
Backing up to an external drive is preferable even if you are using cloud storage.
I agree in using MBAM as on demand and using BTS as your only real time protection.
I also agree in removing WOT.
Consider CCleaner if not already installed.
