Only thing i dont like about Firefox is the ram usage 2 tabs at the moment on 29.0.1 and its using over 300mb i do have 5/6 plugins mind but even with none its pretty high. My browsers open 24/7 and because the ram usage is high i cant alt tab out of games as much to google, watch youtube vids

Try Pale Moon it is much lighter if you want a Firefox-based browser, if not then try Google Chrome or Maxthon Cloud Browser.
Also clear browser cache often and only use limited extensions because they will cause more resource usage.
