Not in my case...
(Linux with Xorg on an old Haswell i5 CPU; 16GB RAM and a lot of extensions)

But I always take these kind of tests with a grain of salt.
My browser feels snappy enough.

I've noticed it being a bit quicker at my end in general.
I had thought about swapping back to Edge awhile ago but reading through and turning off the dedicated ads, help with search results and the rest of the junk, glad I stayed with Firefox. Definitely my browser for 2024.
