If you do not have any backup software i would like to suggest Aomei Backupper or Macrium Reflect, both have a good free and reliable version.

Thanks for that advise, but I dont need any backup-software. All my important files are saved on second partition and additionally on external storage. If my system shows some sort of strange abnormalities, I re-format my Windows-Partition (C:\) and re-install my drivers and software. I'm weekly checking my system using powershell Repair-WindowsImage -Online -ScanHealth and CheckHealth.
