Bulk Crap Uninstaller is a free (as in speech) program uninstaller. It excels at removing large amounts of applications with minimal user input. It can clean up leftovers, detect orphaned applications, run uninstallers according to premade lists, and much more!
Uninstall countless applications quickly BCUninstaller will do all the hard work of ordering and running uninstallers for you. All you have to do is select them from the list! Many applications do not provide non-intrusive uninstallers. They will be executed first, so you will be able to leave the computer sooner.
Remove all leftovers from uninstallations Often times uninstallers will not remove files that were created after the application was installed - temporary files, settings, shortcuts, etc. BCUninstaller will search for and offer to remove all of those, saving you many minutes, if not hours.

Instead of tests, it's solely the individual's perspective on the software.
I test it, I like that it is open source project, but others like HiBit, IOBit and Revo do better job, and the maintainer of Bulk Crap Uninstaller said that he don't use it regularly and need maintainers:
Since I'm busy with other things and I no longer use BCUninstaller regularly, I can't regularly update it anymore (severe lack of time). Because of this I decided to look for people willing to maintain this project in my place.

I would love to see a complete test of uninstallers using security software, Microsoft Office and Adobe products as test subjects. Maybe AutoCAD as well. Those things are spread all over the system.
I have found MS Office is not really possible to remove entirely, regardless - I tend not to have it on my systems as a permanent guest - If I need it I install & save that image for a while then image back to a Pre 365 state, it's usually others that need/want to use it anyway - I too would be interested in a solution that can remove it totally.

Unfortunately every uninstaller software will leave leftovers on the system, some will leave folders and files, some will leave registry entries, some will leave scheduled tasks or startup items, no one of them are perfect, and no one of them are the outstanding winner when you test them.

What I found best for removing as much as possible leftovers for me was using a combination of HiBit Uninstaller and Soft Organizer together, when I want to remove a software, I enable the background uninstall service in Soft Organizer, then I remove the software using HiBit Uninstaller, I remove everything found by HiBit, then Soft Organizer will show a notification that there are leftovers remain and ask if you want to completely remove them, I remove everything by Soft Organizer too.

HiBit is great in finding folders, files, scheduled tasks, startups, but weak in registry compared to Soft Organizer, so I get best of both products.

If you use HiBit Uninstaller registry cleaner, then no need to Soft Organizer, HiBit will find what its uninstaller missed.
