Could be, I just accessed with German IP and exactly the same result . I am now using Bitdefender Antivirus + on my main computer with excellent performance.

2. change your ip to German IP with vpn. Person without vpn will use this extension Hola Free VPN Proxy Unblocker

For those that didn't get the code. Did you check the box? When I filled the info without checking the box, the code didn't show only test-code.
But after trying again and this time checking the box, I got the code.

Also you so don't need any VPN or proxy for this.

I take back what I said. I have no idea why the second time the code was sent.

However I know I didn't need a VPN or proxy at least previously.
