If the uninstallers don't fall in optimizer category, you can ignore them.

I wish there was an alternative just as easy and great. Its working fine for now but just a matter of time when some Windows Update breaks it.

Definitely not easy as Secure Folders though. I won't use no GUI software. Even if I did Excubits product seem way out of my league. I hope Andreas makes GUI for File System Protector someday.
