I recommend that you enabled Windows Smartscreen and Windows Defender.

Then, OS App Reputation should be set as Disabled or Enabled, and Real-time Malware Protection as Windows Defender.

Is there any reason to not use an Antivirus software?

Hi! So UAC is available by going to the start menu and typing "UAC" Smartscreen is avalible within the settings app and should be enabled.

Please enable OS File Reputation, and then you have too extensions in your browser, this can cause vulnerabilities, I suggest you to remove unnecessary extensions.
