FRST64 not working how to use it to fix

I need your help ... I cant boot my windows 10 ... when I boot it the windows defender offline cannot find cant start my pc.

I run FRST64.exe in command console with windows 10 boot DVD but when I click on Fix

FRST64 shows me the following worning :looks you don't know what to do. to prevent damage to the system the tool will exit
