Of course and I don't think it is bad, but if you're spending money on premium protection, you'd expect to be listened to by Support and be communicated with once you've encountered bugs. Else, it'd be a waste of time and money. Bugs can prevent protection from working properly, and prevent correct usage of the software in general.
