Just a simple Linux configuration, nothing too special. Uncomplicated Firewall is enabled and I stick with trustworthy repositories/applications. I configured the Firefox and Tor Browser's about:config settings for better privacy and security. All that coupled with NoScript and I feel this is a pretty safe Linux system. Other than that I'll use ClamTk to scan directories and VirusTotal to scan specific files from time to time if necessary.
