Had our first phishing attempt:



My 14 year son got this mail. Asked my wife if it was OK and she said yes
The website (now not active anymore) was blocked by the smartscreen of Edge.
After testing not by Google Chrome or the Netcraft extension.
So i removed the Netcraft extension from Google Chrome and added the new Windows Defender Browser Protection extension.
Personally I still prefer Chrome above Edge, but luckily my son preferred Edge

No kidding! Funny....!

I prefer Firefox but use Edge some precisely for the SS.

Finally got the combination of Kaspersky Free and Comodo Firewall to work together without any problems on my system.
I disabled the decryption of Extended Validation (EV) certificates so that my bank site still has its own security certificate.
All other HTTPS websites are scanned by Kaspersky using its root certificate.
For Comodo Firewall I use @cruelsister 's settings.

Isn't Kaspersky and Comodo still incompatible with each other? According to Kaspersky, Comodo Firewall is incompatible with Kaspersky products

They work fine together. You just have to install Kaspersky first.

They might work fine, but I'd still not feel safe having 2 potentially conflicting security apps installed

I understand, but I really like CCleaner and couldn't find a suitable replacement.
The portable version of CCleaner is the best version you could use.
No heartbeat and other stuff sent back to Avast, completely silent.

Scared to go for this setup, since you cant modify kfa settings anymore

No real conflicts.
Comodo did not recognize some files of KFA.
Uploaded them to Comodo and set to trusted.
Comodo reports the certificate of KFA as untrusted.
Set to trusted myself.
You can wait for Kaspersky Security Cloud Free to become available outside the US.
It seems that you can modify settings again with that version.

or you can simply use the older portable version before avast's acquisition (v5.32)
or you can completely block every single file .exe within the folder or block telemetry using hosts file

I use the older version which sends nothing to avast or doesn't have any connection

It seems to be available outside US. I used the below link on my test machine (product comparison and download):

After about 10 minutes Kaspersky Security Cloud has been installed on my computer.
