I'm missing the part about UAC, have you set it to always notify?
Doesn't Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office AV disable Microsoft Defender AV?
For secure DNS have a look at Quad9, set it up in your router to protect all devices.
No adblocker like uBlock Origin or AdGuard?

Gandalf_The_Grey, Back3 -
Re: Acronis & AV - my version (Advanced) does come w/AV, but I switch between it and MD (particularly when testing out Windows Hardening).

Also, I'm still a little skittish about 100% committing to Acronis' AV until I've seen/read enough on it to allay my fears that it's at least as effective as MD. Acronis says the AV engine is theirs, but I'm still not convinced.

Gandalf - Re: UAC (*head lowered, kicking the dirt) I have it set to Never Notify. I know, I know... Unfortunately, I need it as such because I am unable to use a keyboard or mouse (quadriplegic) and must use head tracking software to interact with the PC. With UAC set higher, I'm unable to "allow" functions that ask for permissions with the head tracking software. So, I'm looking for all the ways to harden the PC around my limitations (UAC).
